I think part of what made them so good at what they did was not only being thorough, but explaining things in a way where it was really easy to understand and follow along. Not only that, but they were always open for questions if you had any. I think that those are good qualities to have if you are going to do something such as this. That, along with always being on time with your courses since that makes you seem more professional as well.
